  • Limited (free students) — A&P mechanics signed in to Grease Pilot can find you, but they only see a teaser of your profile until you upgrade.

OJT Record Visibility — controls who can see your training hours and progress.

  • Network Visibility — any A&P mechanic on Grease Pilot can view your training hours.
  • Connected A&Ps Only — only A&P mechanics you’re already working with (you’ve accepted their offer or are messaging back and forth) can see your training hours.
  • Hidden From All — your training hours are hidden from everyone except you.

Tip: Setting both to the most visible option gives you the best shot at finding an apprenticeship.
